Personalized Meat Cuts

We offer choice, marbleized 100% grass fed beef from animals that are gently handled and carefully tended. Your meat will be hung and dry-aged seven to fourteen days to allow natural enzymes to tenderize and enhance the flavor.

Our lambs are born on the farm, pasture raised for life, antibiotic -free, and are finished for optimal flavor.

​

Our aim is to provide the healthiest, tastiest meat available.

Sides of Beef

A side of beef is half a cow, averaging 300 pounds of hanging weight. Shares are sold at $6/pound of the hanging weight, and a cow typically yields 70% of the hanging weight in cut meats.

 

Customers who order a whole side will have the ground, roast, brisket, and steaks cut to their personalized specifications, as well as their share of bones and organ meat.

To order your personalized side, fill out the cut sheet below and email it to us at info@hillhousepastures.com. A deposit of $250 is requested prior to processing.

​

We also offer pre-processed sides on a limited availability.

​

It takes approximately 8 weeks to finish and process your meat. Please plan ahead and place your order as early as possible.

Beef Small Shares

1/8 Shares

One-eighth shares include 15 pounds of ground, roasts, brisket and a variety of steaks at $9/pound of cut meat. Individual weight per share varies.

 

Limited availability! A deposit of $50 is requested to reserve your box.

Ground beef is available for purchase in 15-pound shares.
